Howdy guys! I think I've finally decided on a journal layout!!! I would like to give a bunch of thanks and fangirling over =kuschelirmel-stock who designed this layout. I think it's a phenomenal piece of artwork, and I think it's amazing that =kuschelirmel-stock allows people to use the layouts she designed.

Planned Conventions
Okiedoke so I think my budget can only handle a few conventions this year. I am 100% for sure going to Anime Oasis, Nan Desu Kan, and Anime Banzai. I'm NOT sure about Anime Wasabi and Anime Expo.

2009 Cosplays

1. Pence Kingdom Hearts II
I'm going to bring Pence to Anime Oasis for sure. Fabric is mostly purchased, and the wig is purchased, and I had started to style it, and then freaked out cause I didn't have the head band.


2. Seekrit Tsubasa Cosplay
I will not release what this is until I get the okay from ~PasNRaine & ~NeverKnowsBest10 as it is their baby and I have no idea how seekrit they want it to be.


3. Rikku Final Fantasy X
I've wanted to do this for a little while, and I think I would be good at it. Now it just depends on if I can get it done. I would LOVE for Rikku to be done by AO but I doubt if that is going to happen.


4. Lightning Final Fantasy XIII
I highly doubt I will get this done by NDK but maybe Banzai. I have been wanting to do Lightning for a while now.


5. Goofy Kingdom Hearts II
This has pretty much been planned since early 2008, I just keep on avoiding it because of all the complexness involved. I detest doing human versions, as well as furry versions. I want to build a mask and everything. This will probably end up being one of my most expensive cosplays.


6. The World Ends With You
I haven't fully decided on which of these I want to do, but I do know I want it to be premiered at NDK2009. Look farther in my journal for more information on this cosplay.

Planned Projects for 2009
Well I know for certain that I'm making a companion cube for my boyfriend. I have some of the pieces tacked to my wall right now. I had intended on it being a Christmas gift, but my procrastination got the better of me, and then I ran into complications, and yeah... I'm back on track with it again, and hopefully I will have it done by Valentines Day.

Another project set I'm working on is my monster plushies. They're relatively small and can fit in the palm of your hand. I'm trying to make a bunch to sell on Etsy.

The final project I'm working on is the handmade paopu fruits. I'm trying to decide if I want to make them keychain size or game size. These I want to be gifts for everyone in the PG's, and then maybe to sell at a convention.

Oh yeah and the LAST project I want to work on is Pins from the World Ends With You. I'm hoping to get one of those pin making thingies and make a crap load of them. I'm hoping that project will be relatively cheap and easy to make.

Website Construction
I am working so freaking hard on my website. I want to get it to where people can get updates on my cosplays, and it would be a great way to learn more about me. I've still got text filler in loads of places on the site, but I'm working to get that cleared out and updated with better information.

Help Me Pick a "The World Ends With You" Cosplay
Okay I have recently started obsessively playing TWEWY and I love it! I want to cosplay someone from it but I'm having a hard time deciding. So I'll let my watchers and friends decide! If you go to this poll [link] you can vote on 1 of 4 characters. I'm deciding between Konishi, Minamimoto, Kariya, and Mr. Mew. I normally don't like cosplaying guys but I'll make an exception, and I normally don't like cosplaying evil people, but I'll make an exception. I like Konishi because she's a girl, and because I never get to wear heels for cosplay xD. Mr. Mew would be entertaining to make cause I'd make it like ~PasNRaine's moogle. Minamimoto would be a downright fun cosplay, same with Kariya. So VOTE! Thankies.

My Bad dA Habits
Ever since I joined dA when I was younger I slipped into some bad habits. The primary one is not commenting on my favorites. SO I am aiming to change that. If you find that I have favorited your work and not commented on it, I give you permission to harass me all you want.


So I figure I'll just have my grand todo list at the bottom of every journal to keep myself in check, and to track anything I may want to do eventually!

BUT I will post a journal on dA that will be a short little summary of the things posted on the website, and a link so you can see the awesomeness yourself . dA will be home to all completed projects, and journals like this which are updates of a sort
